Shawn here. I have a question regarding college. I had a list of colleges earlier, but now i've narrowed it down. I want to attend SDSU, CSUN, or CSUF for either Business or a degree in Computer Science. Which of the three has a better business program? Which out of the three has a better Computer Science program? I visited both Northridge and Fullerton and i loved both. Northridge is such a laid-back school, and i love the surrounding enviroment, a problem was that it was a little too hot. Fullerton, was pretty awesome as well, they have an excellent gym, the Titan House was just awesome. I have yet to visit SDSU, but i'd bet i'd love it there too. Which school should i attend?
Do i have a chance at admission?
By the end of my 11th grade year i should have a cumulative gpa from 10-11th grade of a 2.8-3.05, and a 1600 SAT score, how do my chances look?
CAN'T DECIDE!! NEED TO DECIDE SOON I have less than a year!!
Ranto i know you disdain CSU's with a passion but suck on these facts.

Might as well keep your options open, try going to this site, they seem to have the best selection of online schools to choose from. It was also much easier to use than some of the others out there and no pop up windows or advertisements. There are a ton of both online and campus programs out there that you can check out. Fill out a couple of forms for information its free! Good luck with your search.

hi actually i have a question about online degree program..
actually my bf is some what busy to go to college so he decided to get study online and get an online degree.. i was wondering if kaplan is good because he will go for Associate in business or acccounting….
i was hoping if someone can help me i mean if online program is a better deal and about jobs..
getting assiciate in Accounting program or business program is it worth it… and how much they make and stuff….
thanks a lot
From what I have heard, Kaplan has gotten mostly favorable reviews. With technology becoming more integral in daily life the prominence and acceptance of distance learning programs has increased dramatically. The important thing is just like with any college decision you need to look at several schools and carefully weigh your options. I would do some searches online for associate degrees in business or accounting to find other schools. I found this site that has some of the info you mentioned and a couple other colleges for you to consider.

exactly how prestigious is the business program at tulane univeristy in New Orleans, LA? I'm thinking of going there for undergrad in finance, would it be a degree that top 20 business schools would respect? basically, if i aspire to go to a top 20 MBA program, would studying finance at Tulane be on the right track? thanks so much
Tulane's a pretty good school and their business school is equally good.
The key to getting into a Top 20 MBA program is having a great GMAT score and good work experience (promotions, leadership rolls, productive output,etc..). Usually the undergrad school you attended and the grades you receive there are of little importance to MBA admissions committees.
I think that with a Tulane degree, you should be able to land a nice job that'll give you the solid work experience you'll need to get into a Top 20 MBA program.
